17. Rally’s

Rally’s is a popular fast-food chain specializing in burgers, fries, and milkshakes.

They operate over 300 locations throughout the US, but only select locations accept EBT/SNAP.

As of 2023, only Rally’s locations in certain counties in Arizona and California participate in the RMP program.

One of Rally’s popular menu items is the Big Buford.

It’s a burger made with two large, 100% beef patties, two slices of American cheese, iceberg lettuce, tomato, red onion, dill pickles, ketchup, mustard, and mayonnaise on a toasted bakery-style bun.

Another popular menu item is the Famous Seasoned Fries, which are french fries flavored with Rally’s secret seasoning blend.

16. Papa Murphy’s

Papa Murphy’s is one of the most popular pizza chains famous for its take-and-bake-style pizzas, with almost 1,000 locations in 37 states.

Papa Murphy’s accepts EBT/SNAP for their take-and-bake pizzas, but only if you place an in-store or pickup order, not delivery.

To pay with an EBT card, place your order on Papa Murphy’s website, then select the EBT/SNAP payment method at checkout.

When you visit your local Papa Murphy’s to pick up your order, bring your EBT card to complete the payment.
