Most Publix stores, including the deli, are open every day from 7 am- 10 pm. Publix stores are closed on Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. In addition, Publix stores close early on New Year’s Day, Christmas Eve, and New Year’s Eve at 7 pm. Publix restocks shelves daily and offers discounts and BOGO in its weekly ad.

What Are Publix Store Hours?

Most Publix stores are open from 7 am to 10 pm every day of the week, almost every day of the year. However, some locations may close earlier, often at 9 pm. Publix customer service is available Monday through Saturday, and their hours are 9 am to 6 pm on Monday-Friday, and 9 am to noon on Saturday.

Publix stores are very accessible, as they are open throughout most of the day on nearly every day of the year.

Publix customer service hours are shorter (9 am to noon) on Saturdays, and customer service is closed on Sundays.

If you live outside the Eastern time zone, remember that all Publix customer service hours are in Eastern time.

What Are Publix Holiday Hours?

What Are Publix Pharmacy Hours?

The Publix Pharmacy is open from 9 am to 9 pm on weekdays. On Saturdays, the pharmacy is open from 9 am to 7 pm. On Sundays, the pharmacy is only open from 11 am to 6 pm. You can refill a prescription at any time online, but you will need to pick up the prescription within the listed Publix pharmacy hours.

The Publix pharmacy opens a couple of hours after the main store opens. On Monday through Friday, the pharmacy stays open for 12 hours.

The Publix pharmacy hours are somewhat reduced over the weekend, so make sure you know the hours for the specific day on which you pick up a prescription.

What Are Publix Deli Hours?

The Publix deli generally opens and closes at the same time as the regular store. Since the deli usually opens at 7 am, you can pick up a sandwich for lunch on your way to work.

If you are scheduling an order to pick up, you can choose a pickup time as early as 7:15 am.

Most Publix delis will not accept orders in the store past 9:30 pm, as the employees need time to clean up before closing. However, you have the option to schedule an order for pickup as late as 9:45 pm.

The best time to shop at Publix is 7 am to 10 am. Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday mornings are particularly quiet at Publix stores.

First, make sure you are signed in to your Club Publix account to save your shopping list.

What Payment Methods Does Publix Accept?

Publix accepts cash, checks, debit cards, credit cards, and gift cards as payment methods. You can also link a debit or credit card to your account and pay via the Publix app. With a mobile phone, you can use other payment methods, including Apple Pay and Google Pay. Publix also accepts EBT and WIC benefits.

Publix accepts most mobile and contactless payment methods, making it even more convenient to shop.

If you have an Apple device, such as an iPhone or an Apple Watch, you can use Apple Pay to buy your groceries at Publix. If you have an Android device, you can also use Google Pay at Publix.

Even if you do not have these mobile payment methods set up, you may still have a credit or debit card that allows for contactless payments.

To do this, you can tap your credit or debit card on the top of the card reader. Note that Publix only accepts American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards.

If you receive SNAP or WIC benefits, you can use these at Publix. In addition, you can pay with your EBT card at Publix to redeem SNAP benefits electronically.

However, you will likely need a second form of payment on hand if you purchase items not covered by the SNAP or WIC programs.

Publix gift cards are sold in stores, and these can also be used to pay for your groceries. You can buy a Publix gift card in a store near the checkout lanes, online, or by phone.

The gift cards can have any amount between $5 and $500 loaded onto them. Publix gift cards are not sold in other stores.
