I’ve taste-tested and ranked every iced coffee drink I could find at McDonald’s. While the list includes common flavors you can find at most locations, be sure to look out for their limited-time and seasonal drinks.

It’s made with dark-roasted Arabica coffee mixed with sugar-free french vanilla syrup, light cream, and ice. It has the least calories of all McDonald’s iced coffees and is a guilt-free way to energize you throughout the day.

The Iced Caramel Latte combines milk and caramel to create a strong yet buttery and sweet coffee drink. Its simplicity makes it one of the most popular iced coffee drinks at McDonald’s. It comes with espresso coffee combined with cold whole milk, caramel syrup, and ice.

This drink is slightly different from the original iced coffee. It’s just as light and refreshing but has a vanilla flavor. It’s made with brewed Arabica coffee, light cream, french vanilla syrup, and ice. The rich vanilla flavor offsets the taste of coffee, but it has enough caffeine to keep you going.

9. Iced French Vanilla Latte

The Iced French Vanilla Latte is a classic coffee drink that’s great for a morning sweet tooth or an afternoon boost. You can’t go wrong with vanilla, and the rich flavor from the vanilla syrup here doesn’t get lost in the mix. The drink features espresso coffee mixed with french vanilla syrup and ice.

8. Caramel Frappe

McDonald’s Caramel Frappe is a creamy and buttery drink blended with just the right amount of coffee to offset the sweetness. It can be your morning coffee or afternoon dessert when you’re craving a sweet coffee treat. This drink uses caramel coffee frappe for its base and blends it with ice. It’s then topped with whipped cream and a tasty caramel sauce.

7. Iced Hazelnut Latte

There’s just something about that deep, nutty flavor of hazelnut when it’s combined with coffee. McDonald’s Iced Hazelnut Latte is a sweet, nutty, and creamy coffee drink that I sometimes can’t get enough of. The drink is made of bold espresso mixed with whole milk, hazelnut syrup, and ice.

6. Iced Caramel Mocha

The Iced Latte is McDonald’s take on a bold iced coffee drink. It has more caffeine than their regular iced coffee, thanks to the espresso used in this drink. The flavor of the espresso shines through even though it’s mixed with cold whole milk and ice.

4. Mocha Frappe

The Mocha Frappe is one of the most popular drinks on the McCafe coffee menu, and it’s easy to understand why. This rich and creamy blended drink has a rich chocolate flavor and just a hint of coffee to offset it. If you don’t enjoy the taste of coffee alone, this drink may be right up your alley. The whipped cream and the chocolate drizzle on top definitely take it to the next level.

3. Iced Sugar-Free French Vanilla Latte

You probably know by now that I love coffee drinks with french vanilla flavor. This sugar-free iced coffee from McDonald’s doesn’t have the weird aftertaste that most drinks with sugar substitutes do. That’s a huge plus in my book. And like all other McDonald’s lattes, this drink features a bold espresso whose flavor shines through. The espresso is then mixed with french vanilla syrup, whole milk, and ice.

2. Iced Mocha

McDonald’s Iced Mocha is a flavored latte for all chocolate lovers. It’s a lighter take on the frappe but has as much chocolatey goodness. It combines espresso with whole milk, chocolate syrup, and ice. The drink is finished off with a hearty portion of whipped cream and chocolate drizzle.

1. Iced Caramel Macchiato

For a bold yet decadent take on an iced coffee drink, there’s McDonald’s Iced Caramel Macchiato. I ranked it number one on my list because it has that buttery caramel sweetness, which makes it creamy and super delicious.

This drink is made from dark-roasted espresso mixed with whole milk, sweet caramel syrup, and ice. All of this is topped with a drizzle of thick caramel sauce to create a drink that will awaken your mind and your taste buds.
