I Tried Burger King’s Two New Fiery Buffalo Chicken Menu Items
Burger King released the Fiery Buffalo Royal Crispy Wrap and the Fiery Nuggets nationwide on March 7th, and of course, I had to try both of their new chicken menu items right away.
The Fiery Buffalo Royal Crispy Wrap features a crispy white meat chicken breast fillet coated in a spicy buffalo glaze and a creamy buffalo sauce, along with tomato and crisp lettuce in a warm tortilla. The Fiery Nuggets come in a pack of eight and are made with white meat chicken and a spicy buffalo glaze.

Taste Test
Fiery Buffalo Royal Crispy Wrap – $2.99
Let’s start with the obvious: she’s not a looker. But I’m happy to report that the Fiery Buffalo Royal Crispy Wrap tastes far better than it looks.
There’s a generous amount of chicken inside the wrap, and the chicken is very crispy, just like the product name suggests.
I was also impressed by how fresh the lettuce looked and tasted. The tortilla itself was nice and warm, which is always a nice touch.
I’d say I have an average spice tolerance, and while this wrap is definitely on the spicier side, it wasn’t anything that a few dips of ranch sauce couldn’t cool down.
Fiery Buffalo Chicken Nuggets – $2.99
I have to admit I was a bit nervous about trying these nuggets, but they were actually pretty delicious. The taste and texture were like regular chicken, rather than the synthetic stuff I’ve always associated some fast food nuggets with.
The outside is super crunchy with just the right amount of buffalo heat. I ordered a side of ranch to go with these, which brought the whole “buffalo wing” experience full circle.
Be warned: the nuggets at the bottom of the bag had a lot more sauce on them than the top, so they may get spicier as you eat.
Grab or Pass?
I was super impressed by both the Fiery Buffalo Royal Crispy Wrap and the Fiery Buffalo Chicken Nuggets. I would absolutely grab these new Burger King chicken menu items again. They both had the right amount of spice and a satisfying crunch, so I’m already planning my next visit.
