Just for U is a free loyalty program that allows you to add additional savings on top of your Safeway Club Card. All deals, coupons, and special offers at Albertsons Companies grocery stores can be found in one Just for U account.
Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to register for the Just for U program online:
- To create a free account on your computer, head to Safeway or Albertsons website and navigate to the “Just for U” tab on the upper left-hand of the home page. You only need one account to access savings across all the Albertsons Companies grocery stores, so don’t worry about making an account for every store you shop at!
- You will be prompted to sign up for the program and enter your name, email address, and phone number or Club Card number.
- Click “create account” to finish signing up for the rewards program.

How to Use Safeway Digital Coupons
Safeway’s Deals & Rewards app allows you to browse, search, and add Just for U coupons to your account directly from your mobile device. Customers can select Safeway digital coupons on their accounts and apply them to their in-store or online purchases.
Just for U offers a mobile app on the Apple App Store and Google Play, available for download on your smartphone.
On the mobile app, you can browse for coupons and add them to your rewards account.
When checking out in-store at an Albertsons banner store, you can enter your registered phone number or Club Card number into the keypad at the checkout stand to redeem your rewards.
To view Just for U offers on the Safeway mobile app, follow the steps below:
- Navigate to the app store on your mobile phone and download the “Safeway Deals & Rewards” app (the Albertsons Deals & Rewards app also has the Just for U function available).
- Download the app to your phone and open the home page. The “Just for U” tab is located on the bottom left of the app’s home page.
- On the “Just for U” tab, you will be able to browse and search through all the available offers and add them to your account.
- Deals on your Just for U account will become available to redeem at the register as soon as 5 minutes after registering for the program and adding coupons on the mobile app.

Simply enter the Club Card number or phone number associated with your account at the register during checkout (or during checkout on the mobile app) to collect Points.

Each Reward may be redeemed for Grocery Rewards or Gas Rewards (1 Reward = 10 cents off a gallon).
If you choose to apply your Rewards towards a Grocery Rewards offer, the Rewards will be removed from your Just for U account and be available to redeem at the selected store.
Does Just for U Offer Personalized Deals?
Just for U offers are tailored to your personal shopping history at Albertsons Companies grocery banner stores. Unlike other rewards programs, Just for U creates offers based on what you actually buy.
What’s more, you can earn an unlimited number of points and rewards through the Just for U savings program each month.
However, each month on the program is considered a separate earning period, and leftover points under 100 from past months will not roll over into the coming months.
At the end of the month, any unused points under 100 will expire. Any unused Grocery or Gas Rewards will also expire at this time.

For each $1 spent on qualifying store items, Just for U members receive 1 Point. Once a member collects 100 points, they earn 1 Reward.
Customers can browse coupons and deals on the Deals & Rewards mobile app or the website.
Just for U Rewards allows customers to shop at any participating store and collect points & rewards for purchases across all stores.
To earn points on purchases, you simply need to enter your registered phone number or Club Card number into the keypad at checkout.

How to Redeem Just for U Rewards
To redeem your Just for U Rewards, you first need to create a free Just for U account. Then, each Reward can be redeemed as a Grocery or a Gas Reward. Grocery Rewards can be redeemed at participating Albertsons Companies grocery stores, whereas the Gas Rewards can be redeemed at Exxon and Mobil gas stations.
You can earn Grocery and Gas Rewards for purchasing groceries from Albertsons Companies stores. For every $1 spent, Just for U members earn 1 point. For every 100 points earned on qualifying purchases, members earn 1 Reward.
