23. Chicken Caesar Salad
It might be a little surprising that Chicken Caesar Salad is first on our list, but we promise their take on the classic salad is delicious.
The chicken Caesar salad has grilled chicken, shaved parmesan cheese, croutons, parmesan garlic sauce, lemon pepper seasoning, and, of course, Caesar dressing.
The parmesan garlic sauce is one of the most popular Buffalo Wild Wings sauces—it’s tasty, creamy, and adds an extra flavor that’ll make you keep returning for more.
The lemon pepper seasoning also gives this salad a little extra flair.
You can remove any ingredients or swap out the Caesar dressing for the ranch, bleu cheese, or Vidalia onion vinaigrette.
Though it’s a salad, it’s not the healthiest option on the menu. In fact, the dressing itself is very calorie heavy, with just 390 calories alone.
Altogether, the Buffalo Wild Wings Chicken Caesar Salad has 740 calories, 2700 milligrams of sodium, and 30 grams of carbs.
22. Everything Pretzel Knots
Is salt on your pretzel not enough to tease your taste buds? Don’t worry; that’s why everything seasoning was invented. Buffalo Wild Wings Everything Pretzel Knots are one of the best starters the restaurant chain has to offer.
These pretzel knots have everything seasoning drizzled on top and come with New Belgium Fat Tire® Beer Cheese and honey mustard.
Honey mustard, beer cheese, and pretzels—where can you really go wrong? The only thing we wish was different about these is that they include more in the app itself!
The everything seasoning is a combination of salt, sesame seeds, dried garlic, diced onions, and poppy seeds.
We’re not going to lie—these pretzels can be salty. But if your go-to bagel is “everything,” these were made just for you.
Buffalo Wild Wings Everything Pretzel Knots have 870 calories, 2480 milligrams of sodium, and 103 grams of carbs.
21. Onion Rings
Two words: Beer-battered and crispy. Buffalo Wild Wings Onion Rings are not only the perfect companion to your meal but also a delicious starter.
The onion rings are crunchy and cut thick. If served as an appetizer, the onion rings come with a tangy Southwestern ranch that helps kick things up a notch.
Onion rings are a classic no matter where you go—and it’s no different at B-Dubs. Whether you get them as an app or a side, these hardly disappoint.
If you get their onion rings with a side of their Southwestern ranch, the regular size is about 980 calories, 1650 milligrams of sodium, and 76 grams of carbs.
20. Loaded Bird Dawg
Buffalo Wild Wings’ new menu item, the Bird Dawg, is quickly becoming popular among B-Dubs regulars, so we had to include them on our list!
The Bird Dawgs come in three variations: Buffalo, Honey BBQ, and Loaded. The Loaded Bird Dawg was our favorite among the three.
If it wasn’t clear from the name, the Bird Dawg includes a thick, juicy chicken tender stuffed in a hot dog bun.
The Loaded Bird Dawg features wild honey mustard, grilled onions, New Belgium Fat Tire® Beer Cheese, and green onions.
We’ll admit—it is a lot for one sandwich, but all the ingredients go deliciously well together. So it’s worth trying at least once.
Just the sandwich itself has 510 calories, 1490 milligrams of sodium, and 49 grams of carbs.
19. Buffalo Chicken Tots
Put together tater tots, chicken, and one of the Buffalo Wild Wings’ signature sauces, and you have their Buffalo Chicken Tots. One thing’s for sure about this app; it has layers of delicious flavors.
Even without any sauce, Buffalo Wild Wings buffalo tots have a lot of heat. It’s made with boneless chicken, green onions, bleu cheese crumbles, buffalo seasoning, and pickled hot peppers.
You can get the chicken plain, but you can also add the following six sauces—mild, medium, spicy garlic, original buffalo, hot, and wild.
There’s already a healthy amount of spice in this appetizer, so we recommend getting it with the medium sauce so it won’t be too spicy. But, if you’re up for the challenge, then definitely try it with the hot or wild sauce.
Excluding the House Sampler, the buffalo chicken tots have the most calories and milligrams of sodium on the appetizers menu.
There are 2110 calories, 7360 milligrams of sodium, and 147 grams of carbs.
18. Cauliflower Wings
Let’s face it: cauliflower wings are more than just a trend. Buffalo Wild Wings added cauliflower wings as one of their menu items in 2020, and like all their other wing options, you can get them with any of their signature sauces.
The cauliflower wings are fried and available as an app or an entrée.
If you get them as an app, the cauliflower wings are served with Buffalo Wild Wings’ Asian Zing sauce, ranch, everything seasoning, green onions, and pickled hot peppers.
The cauliflower wings aren’t vegan, but they are a great meatless option for vegetarians.
However, if you’re getting these because they’re “light,” that isn’t necessarily the case. These cauliflower wings are still breaded and fried and are also heavy in sodium.
The cauliflower wings appetizer has 1020 calories, 2470 milligrams of sodium, and 103 grams of carbs.
17. Chips & Dip Trio
Chips and dip might seem basic, but all three Buffalo Wild Wings dips are worth trying. And who doesn’t love eating chips and dip while watching a big game?
The chips and dip trio includes salsa, guacamole, and our favorite, the hatch queso dip.
Buffalo Wild Wings makes sure to give you a lot of chips so that you and your party can enjoy all three dips equally.
The salsa and guacamole are made in-house, and the hatch queso is topped off with pico de gallo.
The hatch queso does have a kick, but you can turn it up a notch by adding a drizzle of hot or wild sauce.
Buffalo Wild Wings’ Chips & Dip Trio has about 1660 calories, 4750 milligrams of sodium, and 168 grams of carbs.
16. All-American Cheeseburger
Buffalo Wild Wings doesn’t just serve chicken and other pub food. They also have a wide selection of burgers available to order, and one of them is the All-American Cheeseburger.
The all-American cheeseburger includes two beef patties, American cheese, pickles, lettuce, tomato, mustard, mayo, and a toasted challah bun.
Of course, you can remove any of those toppings or add other toppings like grilled onions, guacamole, bacon, cheddar, Swiss, or pepper jack.
This burger option is the simpler of the bunch, but that isn’t a bad thing. Sometimes, simple is just enough, and this burger does a good job standing on its own.
The all-American cheeseburger has 820 calories, 2040 milligrams of sodium, and 38 grams of carbs.
15. Street Tacos
Street Tacos may seem like an unlikely item to be on the Buffalo Wild Wings menu, but surprisingly, they pull them off so well.
Buffalo Wild Wings street tacos include pulled chicken, parmesan garlic, Southwestern ranch, pico de gallo, cilantro, and flour tortilla. They also come with a side of chips and salsa, which is a huge plus.
The street tacos’ mix of flavors is balanced well. Not one is overpowering the other, which isn’t easy since both parmesan and ranch have strong flavor profiles.
There aren’t any modifications you can make other than removing toppings or swapping the side of chips and salsa with fries, potato wedges, or onion rings.
There are three tacos in this meal, and altogether, they have 1150 calories, 2140 milligrams of sodium, and 43 grams of carbs.
14. Boneless Bar Pizza
Buffalo Wild Wings only recently added pizza to the menu, and so far, it’s been a huge hit among B-Dubs fans and us.
The Boneless Bar Pizza is a flatbread pizza with boneless wings, pickled hot peppers, and green onions.
There are two available options for it—the honey BBQ and the buffalo chicken.
The honey BBQ pizza has bacon bits drizzled over the pizza with cheddar jack cheese and buffalo sauce, while the buffalo chicken has bleu cheese crumbles, ranch, and mozzarella.
Unfortunately, you can’t add other ingredients to the pizza, but you can remove any ingredients if you wish.

It has 1370 calories, 4110 milligrams of sodium, and 80 grams of carbs.

If you want to stray on the lighter side of the menu and enjoy some spice, then we recommend the Crispy Buffalo Chicken Salad.
This salad has everything you need to kick it up a notch. It has crisp boneless buffalo chicken, bacon, tomatoes, green onions, and bleu cheese.
You can also choose between five BWW signature sauces: mild, medium, spicy garlic, original buffalo, hot, and wild.
You have a variety of dressing options with the salad as well. If bleu cheese dressing is not for you, you can swap it with ranch, Caesar, or Vidalia onion vinaigrette.
There is a lot of bleu cheese involved in this salad, which we love, but we understand that bleu cheese isn’t for everyone.
Though it’s not that heavy in calories, it’s heavy in sodium. This salad contains about 910 calories, 3180 milligrams of sodium, and 36 grams of carbs.
12. Mozzarella Sticks
Appetizers kick off your meal, and mozzarella sticks are almost everyone’s favorite. And Buffalo Wild Wings Mozzarella Sticks do not disappoint.
Crispy on the outside and gooey on the inside, these mozzarella sticks have exactly what you need when craving something fried and cheesy.
And, yes, we promise these mozzarella sticks ARE crispy. The breading is made with seasoned panko breadcrumbs, which makes this app a great, crunchy beginning to your meal.
Marinara sauce automatically comes with these, and the sauce is quite tasty.
Six mozzarella sticks come in one appetizer, and this menu item is also included in the Buffalo Wild Wings appetizer sampler.
These have 540 calories, 1700 milligrams of sodium, and 53 grams of carbs.

10. Smoked Brisket Burger
Our next item is smoky, savory, and doused in Buffalo Wild Wings’ tasty and sweet BBQ sauce. The Smoked Brisket Burger is one of the best burgers on the Buffalo Wild Wings menu.
Sweet BBQ is the best BBQ sauce you can get at BWW. Though on the sweeter side, it’s still smoky and has a nice tang to it.
The smoked brisket burger has B-Dubs’ sweet BBQ sauce, two beef patties, two layers of American cheese, grilled onions, pickles, and bacon aioli.
Of course, you can make any modifications necessary! For example, you can swap the American cheese with cheddar, Swiss, or pepper jack. Or remove the toppings you don’t like.
Typically, these types of burgers have slabs of bacon rather than an aioli with bacon bits.
But this is a nice change and doesn’t make the burger too heavy. There is also just the right amount of brisket.
This burger is anything but light in calories and light on salt.
Altogether, the smoked brisket burger has 1440 calories, 2610 milligrams of sodium, and 44 grams of carbs.
9. Saucy Chicken Sandwich
Our next chicken sandwich doesn’t have many toppings, but, frankly, it doesn’t need them. The Buffalo Wild Wings Saucy Chicken Sandwich stands on its own with its hand-breaded chicken breast, pickles, and sauce.
What makes Buffalo Wild Wings one of the best restaurant chains is that most of its menu items are customizable.
With the saucy chicken sandwich, you can choose any of their sauces or dry seasoning to make the sandwich your own.
We enjoy it with the medium sauce, which helps turn this sandwich up a notch.
Its nutritional value depends on the sauce you choose. But, if you go with our recommendation, the saucy chicken sandwich will have 530 calories, 2840 milligrams of sodium, and 69 grams of carbs.
8. Ultimate Nachos
If you’re watching a good game, you always need a good batch of nachos to pick at. The “ultimate” in the Ultimate Nachos isn’t an understatement.
Buffalo Wild Wings’ nachos have all the necessary ingredients, including tortilla chips, pico de gallo, pickled hot peppers, cilantro, salsa, and crema.
In addition, you can add more ingredients like brisket, chili, chicken, and house-made guacamole. These extra ingredients take the nachos to the next level.
Without meat, the Ultimate Nachos already have 1770 calories, 4370 milligrams of sodium, and 184 grams of carbs.
7. Cheddar Cheese Curds
If you aren’t sure what cheese curds are, they are bite-size, fried balls of cheese that are simply perfect to snack on. Buffalo Wild Wings’ Cheddar Cheese Curds are delicious.
These are battered and made with Wisconsin white cheddar. The cheese curds also have Southwestern ranch on the side for your dipping needs.
Though the cheese curds are tasty without the sauce, the sauce elevates it.
In addition, this app is in a shareable size, so you won’t have to fight off your friends and family to eat them!
They’re fried and cheesy—so they’re not on the lighter side of calories.

The cheese-curd bacon burger has a lot of layers to dig into, but all the flavors are well-balanced.
Buffalo Wild Wings cheese curd burger features two beef patties, American cheese, bacon, pickles, tomatoes, onions, lettuce, mayo, and chipotle seasoning.
And let’s not forget the fried Wisconsin white cheddar cheese curds!
The chipotle seasoning adds some spice and flavor. We also love the cheese curds on top of the burger.
Though the cheese curds make this meal heavy, they make it cheesy and add some more crunch to it.
You can remove any toppings from the burger or swap the cheese, but there aren’t any extra toppings you can add.
The cheese curd bacon burger has 1210 calories, 2790 milligrams of sodium, and 50 grams of carbs.
5. Boneless Wings
Buffalo Wild Wings made its name off its wings. Though they are famous for their traditional bone-in wings, their boneless wings are just as good. Maybe even better, depending on who you talk to.
Buffalo Wild Wings’ boneless wings are thick and meaty—they’re just the right size.
As we mentioned before, you can make the flavor of these wings whichever way you want. Buffalo Wild Wings has 26 sauces and dry seasonings available on their menu.
Once in a while, B-Dubs even comes out with a sauce or seasoning available for a limited time only—such as their recent “Sauce Sauce” or the Flamin’ Hot Doritos flavors.
The BWW boneless wings come in five sizes: 6 pc, 10 pc, 15 pc, 20 pc, and 30 pc.
The sauce affects the calorie count and other nutritional items. Without any sauce, however, the 10 pc boneless wings have 610 calories.
You also have a choice of dipping sauces to go with your wings, like ranch and bleu cheese.
4. Fried Pickles
Fried Pickles—should we say more? One thing is for sure; Buffalo Wild Wings outdoes many popular restaurant chains with their take on this Southern classic.
These fried pickle chips are large enough to share with your whole party. And they’re just the right size to munch on while watching a game.
Not only are they crunchy, but the fried pickles are also juicy.
We think they are tasty enough without the sauce, but the Southwestern dipping sauce on the side brings more flavor to the app.
This is one of the best appetizers on the BWW menu. The fried pickles also aren’t that high in calorie count, but they have a significant amount of sodium.
Altogether, the fried pickles have 850 calories, 3500 milligrams of sodium, and 58 grams of carbs.
3. Southern Chicken Sandwich

The sandwich is tangy and juicy, and the bacon aioli makes it stand out even more.
The Southern chicken sandwich doesn’t make you heavy after your meal either, which is always a plus.
Buffalo Wild Wings also adds just enough spice and seasoning to leave you wanting more after you finish.
You can modify the sandwich by removing any toppings, but you can’t add others. You can also change the cheese from Swiss.
Buffalo Wild Wings Southern chicken sandwich has 870 calories, 1560 milligrams of sodium, and 62 grams of carbs.
2. Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich
Now, the best chicken sandwich on the Buffalo Wild Wings menu is the Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich.
This chicken sandwich is not for people who don’t like spice, though.
This sandwich is packed with a lot of heat. But, at the same time, the spice involved won’t make your mouth feel on fire or make you feel pain. It did make us sweat a little, but we can’t really complain.
The Nashville hot chicken sandwich has pickled hot peppers, slaw, pickles, and ranch. The ranch and the slaw give some relief from the sandwich’s heat.
There isn’t cheese you can add to the sandwich or other toppings. But with how this sandwich is designed, you don’t need anything extra.
You can easily enjoy it and get all the spice and flavors you want.
Buffalo Wild Wings Nashville hot chicken sandwich has 810 calories, 2690 milligrams of sodium, and 67 grams of carbs.

The meat on the bone-in wings comes off the bone. Not only is the meat juicy, but the skin on the wing is also crispy.
