8 Best Refreshers at Dunkin’ Donuts

Dunkin serves a whole lot more than just coffee and donuts. Sure, they may be the first things that come to mind when you think of the chain, but Dunkin’s menu has expanded beyond these signature offerings to include a wider variety of food and drinks. (Not that you’ll ever see us complain about coffee and donuts!)

One of the most interesting — and dare we say: refreshing — drinks on Dunkin’s menu are the Dunkin refreshers. They’re fruity, sweet, and tart concoctions that are both thirst-quenching and energizing.

There are a few refresher flavors available year-round at Dunkin, while others are only offered seasonally for a limited time. Regardless of the time of year, all of Dunkin’s refreshers are a particularly good choice to sip on a sunny afternoon.

Dunkin refreshers are not fruit juices; they’re green tea-based drinks fortified with fruit-flavored syrup and B vitamins. Think of them as the Dunkin version of Vitamin Water. They’re refreshing and invigorating iced drinks that are perfect when you need a light, fruity pick-me-up.

All Dunkin refreshers are made with a fruit-flavored concentrate that includes sugar, water, green tea extract, citric acid, natural flavors, vitamin C, and four different B vitamins.

The concentrate is combined with brewed green tea as standard but can be mixed with coconut milk or lemonade upon request.

Just note that there’s currently no way to order a refresher with coconut milk or lemonade online or on the Dunkin app, so if you want to request the substitution, you’ll have to order your drink in person.

Dunkin refreshers make a great alternative beverage choice to coffee, but they may not be the best drink option for children.

They still contain caffeine, around the same amount as a cup of coffee for refreshers made with the brewed green tea base, and they’re flavored with a fruit-flavored sugar syrup rather than juice.

However, if you need caffeine and are in the mood for something sweet and fruity, a Dunkin refresher is an excellent beverage choice.

Read on for our list of the best Dunkin refreshers and to see where your favorite ranks!

Dunkin refreshers are great for days when you need an energy boost and coffee isn’t cutting it.

They’re a little sweet, refreshing, and full of energizing green tea and B vitamins. Unfortunately, not all Dunkin refreshers are available year-round, so check with your local Dunkin Donuts to see which seasonal options they’re currently serving.

Although all Dunkin refreshers can be made with your choice of brewed green tea, coconut milk, or lemonade as a base, green tea is the only option available on the Dunkin app or website.

It’s also not currently possible to order seasonal refresher flavors online, so if you want anything other than the classic Peach Passion Fruit Refresher or Strawberry Dragonfruit Refresher, you’ll need to head into a Dunkin store.

Luckily, they have plenty of locations for you to choose from!
