Costco Must-Haves This Month: Food Deals to Stock Up On

Costco Warehouse Savings – Credit: Samantha Jenkins/Shopfood.com

Each month, Costco comes out with a coupon book full of exciting deals, and this month’s Costco ad is no different. You really save more when you shop their sales ad, which is basically their monthly coupon book.

If you’re wondering about the best grocery deals at Costco in February, I went to my local warehouse and compiled a list for you. These savings are only valid through February 23, so make sure to shop before then if any of these finds caught your eye.

1. Custom-Made Meals Bacon Wrapped Jalapeno Poppers ($11.99)

These jalapeno poppers wrapped in bacon take all the hassle out of party food prep. All you need to do is throw them in the air fryer or oven, and they’ll be ready to bring to your next football watch party.

Each of the 20 jalapenos inside the pack is stuffed with cream cheese and wrapped in hickory-smoked bacon, making these the perfect finger food to share with friends as you enjoy the game. (Bonus – these jalapeno poppers aren’t particularly spicy, so even the spice-averse will enjoy these.)

2. Pilgrim’s Korean BBQ Style Chicken Wings ($16.99)

It’s simply not game day without some form of chicken, but preferably wings. For the easiest wings ever, pick up this Korean BBQ-style version from Pilgrim’s, available in Costco’s frozen section. These wings are seasoned with soy sauce and warm spices for a hint of heat.

For a smaller game day gathering, one or two bags will suffice, but if you’re throwing a huge football-viewing party, I recommend grabbing 3 or 4 of these packs. At around $17 per bag, it’ll still be way cheaper than ordering out from your local wing spot.

3. Wilde Protein Buffalo Chicken ($6.99)

It seems like they’re turning just about anything into chips these days— apparently, even chicken. At Costco, Wilde is taking snacking to the next level with chips made from chicken breast, egg whites, and chicken bone broth.

After doing some online snooping, it seems that most people love these chips, and with the 10 grams of protein in each serving, they’re a great potato chip alternative to snack on mindlessly during the game.

4. Mochooey Mochi Donuts ($9.99)

People don’t usually associate sweets with game-day food, but personally, after all that cheesy, meaty goodness all day, a sweet treat is just what my taste buds yearn for. These new mochi donuts from Mochooey fit the bill and are now available at Costco for $9.99 per 12-pack.

Each variety pack comes with four strawberry donuts, four sugar donuts, and four chocolate donuts, each with a glaze to top the donut. Once toasted in the toaster or air fryer, these sweet round treats are crispy on the outside and soft and chewy inside.

5. Bistro 28 Game Time Party Dips (5.99)

It’s not a football watch party without some sort of dip. In fact, it’s safest to bring at least two dips to any sports-watching event because I’ve never attended a party where the dip isn’t gone within the first hour. This twin pack contains a Caramelized Onion dip along with a Spicy Jalapeno Popper dip.

These hot, cheesy dips will pair perfectly with veggies like carrots or celery, along with more substantial dipping options like baguette slices, pretzel nuggets, or tortilla chips. While quite rich, these dips are also fairly small, so be sure to grab a couple of boxes if you plan on feeding a crowd.

6. Frank’s RedHot Value Pack ($7.69)

For me, buffalo chicken dip is the game-day food. Even when my preferred team is doing well (Go Ravens!), buffalo dip will always be my favorite part of watching the game. Get two 25-ounce bottles of Frank’s RedHot for just $7.69 at Costco this month. You’ll only need to use about half of one bottle and can save the rest for the next time a buffalo chicken craving strikes.

7. Bistro 28 Pretzel Bites ($12.99)

Bring a box of two pretzel bites to your big game party for guaranteed MVP status. Each box contains about 50 pretzel bites, which are covered in coarse salt. Each pack comes with one mustard dipping sauce (it looks like whole grain mustard, which is my favorite kind), along with two cheddar cheese dips.

There are a couple of different ways to heat these pretzel bites up, but the air fryer seems to be the most successful strategy and will keep the pretzels from getting soggy. If you’re bringing these to someone’s house, I recommend heating them up once you get there to avoid letting the pretzels get stale.

8. Kirkland Signature Supreme Cauliflower Crust Pizza ($11.99)

I won’t lie to you and say that cauliflower crust pizza tastes identical to regular, gluten-filled pizza, but it really is a pretty good alternative for anyone who is gluten-free or looking to cut back on calories while still enjoying their favorite foods.

This two-pack of cauliflower crust pizza from Costco is topped with pepperoni, sausage, roasted peppers, mushroom, zucchini, and a three-cheese blend. At just about $6 per full pizza, premade game day food doesn’t get much cheaper than this.

9. Jus-Rol Family Size Pizza Crusts ($9.69)

Speaking of pizza, there’s nothing quite as fun as making your own. From customizing the cheese and piling on your favorite toppings to achieving just the right level of crispiness—it’s a delicious way to reclaim a little control in this wild world.

These pizza crusts from Jus-Rol come in packs of four, meaning each individual crust will cost you around $2.50. Despite the name “Jus-Rol,” this dough comes pre-rolled, so you really just have to add your sauce, cheese, and toppings before popping it in the oven.

10. Late July Sea Salt & Lime Chips ($6.79)

Tostitos Hint of Lime Chips was one of my favorite salty snacks growing up, and honestly, my taste hasn’t changed too much since. What has changed is my interest in eating less artificial ingredients whenever possible. Anytime I see these Late July Sea Salt & Lime chips at Costco, I pick up a bag or two. They taste slightly better than regular Tostitos, in my opinion, plus the ingredient list is a whole lot easier to pronounce.

Pair these chips with some pineapple salsa for a tropical, refreshing snack to contrast all the heavy cheese and fried foods associated with football game snacks.
